Stoneland
Limestone & Terrazzo Porcelain Paver.

Stoneland
Stoneland combines limestone and terrazzo looks in durable 2cm porcelain pavers.
Two stone faces share one collection here: Stoneland pairs a soft limestone surface with a terrazzo-flecked variant, both produced as 2cm outdoor porcelain pavers in Pearl, Ivory and Grey. The non-repeating faces scatter the speckle and shading naturally, so a full terrace avoids visible repeats. Formats are 24x24, 24x48 and 48x48, enough range to plan borders, fields and paths from a single series.
As with all 2cm porcelain, the practical case is strong: nearly zero water absorption, no frost damage, no sealing, and a textured anti-slip finish made for wet exterior use. The light Pearl and Ivory tones earn their keep in Metro Vancouver, where covered patios and north-facing yards need all the reflected light they can get. It suits homeowners after a quietly classic terrace and designers wanting terrazzo outdoors without cement-based upkeep.

Where Stoneland Works
Classic stone terraces
The limestone face in Ivory or Pearl builds a traditional garden terrace, and the 2cm body sets over mortar, compacted gravel or sand depending on your base.
Terrazzo feature patios
The flecked terrazzo variant brings a finish outdoors that is usually confined to lobbies, giving courtyards and outdoor dining areas a tailored, decorative floor that still carries anti-slip texture.
Pool surrounds
Light colours stay cooler underfoot in summer sun, the anti-slip texture manages splash zones, and a non-porous body shrugs off pool chemicals and standing water.
Rooftop amenity decks
On adjustable pedestals, the pavers float over roof membranes for condo and townhouse amenity decks, keeping drainage open below and letting maintenance crews lift any single unit for access.
Design Notes
Pairing & Layout Ideas
Pearl and Ivory read almost creamy in overcast light, so they flatter traditional houses, white window trim and boxwood planting; Grey leans more contemporary. Mixing the limestone and terrazzo faces is the collection's trick: run the plain face as the field and band it with terrazzo at a step, border or outdoor kitchen zone. Pizarra 2.0 offers a darker slate texture if an adjoining area needs contrast. Keep joints pale, sand or light grey, to match the field.
FAQ
Stoneland Questions
Can I combine the limestone and terrazzo looks?
Yes, they are designed as one palette in matching colours and thickness, so they lay flush together. A terrazzo border around a limestone field, or a terrazzo landing at a doorway, defines zones without changing materials or installation method.
Which installation base is right for my project?
Over an existing sound slab, a mortar bed is the usual route. New ground-level patios often go over compacted gravel for drainage, and rooftops call for pedestals. Send us photos and measurements and we will talk through the options for your site.
Do the light colours stain outdoors?
Porcelain is non-porous, so leaves, soil and even barbecue drips sit on the surface rather than soaking in, and a hose or mild detergent removes them. Pearl and Ivory show debris sooner than Grey but clean back to their original colour.
Is Stoneland on display in the showroom?
It is. You can compare Pearl, Ivory and Grey side by side at our Richmond showroom on Bridgeport Road and take samples home. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30 and Saturday 10 to 5.
