Project
The Iconic Cement Look.

Project
Project delivers the iconic cement aesthetic in a durable outdoor porcelain paver format.
Project delivers the clean, architectural look of cast concrete in a 2cm porcelain paver engineered for outdoor use. Five neutral colourways, Beige, Grigio, Nero, Cemento and Silver, cover everything from bright contemporary patios to moody rooftop terraces.
Porcelain pavers absorb almost no water, which matters in a climate like ours: rain that soaks into concrete or natural stone and then freezes is what causes cracking and spalling. Project's anti-slip textured finish and 2cm thickness make it a long-term surface for the Lower Mainland's wet winters and freeze-thaw cycles.

Applications
Where Project Works
Patios and outdoor living rooms
Lay Project over a gravel or sand bed, or glue it down over an existing concrete pad. The 24x48 and 48x48 formats give a seamless, modern plane with few joints.
Pool decks
The textured anti-slip finish is made for wet feet, and unlike concrete the surface does not need periodic sealing or repainting.
Rooftop decks and balconies
Project pairs with adjustable height pedestal systems, which we also carry, so the pavers float level over membranes and slopes while leaving drainage and services accessible underneath.
Walkways and entrances
A 24x24 path in Cemento or Silver reads crisp against planting and lawn, and resists moss and staining better than poured pads.
Design Notes
Pairing & Layout Ideas
For a connected indoor-outdoor scheme, match Project with a concrete look porcelain tile inside and run the same tone through your patio doors. Nero and Cemento ground timber outdoor kitchens and black window frames, while Beige and Silver keep small courtyards feeling light. Ask us about matching pedestal layouts and edge details when you visit.
FAQ
Project Questions
Will these pavers crack in a BC winter?
Porcelain has near-zero water absorption, so there is almost nothing for frost to expand inside the paver. That makes Project far more resistant to freeze-thaw damage than concrete pavers or natural stone.
Do I need a pedestal system to install them?
No. Pedestals are one option, ideal for rooftops and balconies. Project can also be laid on compacted gravel, on sand, or mortared over a concrete slab. We can advise on the right build-up for your site.
Are they slippery when wet?
Project comes in an anti-slip textured finish designed for outdoor use, including pool surrounds. It is a much surer surface in the rain than sealed concrete or polished stone.
How do I maintain outdoor porcelain pavers?
A rinse and an occasional wash is typically all they need. Porcelain does not require sealing, resists moss and algae, and colours are UV stable so they will not fade summer to summer.
