Titanium
Contemporary metallic marble in porcelain slab.

Titanium
Titanium is part of our premium large format tile collection, offering oversized porcelain tiles and slabs that minimize grout lines and create seamless, contemporary surfaces. Available in our Richmond showroom.
Titanium takes marble somewhere more contemporary, layering a metallic character over sweeping veined faces. The effect shifts with the light, especially in the Polished finish, where the surface picks up and returns reflections like brushed metal. Panels are porcelain, sized at 120 x 60 and 120 x 120 cm, with non-repeating faces that keep the movement continuous across a floor or wall.
Under the styling is a thoroughly practical material: porcelain with near-zero absorption, no sealing requirements, and resistance to staining and everyday wear. That combination suits modern Vancouver interiors, from downtown condos to new builds, where owners want an architectural, slightly industrial surface that still cleans up with a damp cloth after a busy week.

Applications
Where Titanium Works
Modern living areas
The metallic cast pairs naturally with concrete, glass and steel detailing. A 120 x 120 cm Natural finish floor grounds open-plan spaces without feeling cold.
Accent and media walls
Polished panels behind a television or console catch ambient light and shift in character through the day, giving the wall a sense of depth that flat paint simply cannot reproduce.
Powder rooms
Small rooms can carry big finishes. Wrapping a powder room in Titanium creates a jewel-box effect, and the non-porous porcelain shrugs off splashes, hand soap and daily use without special care.
Commercial feature surfaces
Retail counter faces, elevator lobbies and office receptions benefit from the durable 12 mm floor panels and a look that reads polished, current and quietly industrial to visitors.
Design Notes
Pairing & Layout Ideas
Lean into Titanium's contemporary temperament: matte black plumbing, smoked glass, concrete-look companions such as Lead or Asphalt LF, and cabinetry in graphite or greige all reinforce the mood. Warm it up where needed with walnut or oak millwork so the space stays livable rather than showroom-cold. Use a grout matched to the darker tones in the face, and keep lighting warm-white to soften the metallic sheen after dark.
FAQ
Titanium Questions
Is the surface actually metallic?
No metal is involved. Titanium is porcelain through and through; the metallic impression comes from the tones and sheen of the face, most pronounced in the Polished finish. You get the industrial look without fingerprints, oxidation or the maintenance real metal surfaces demand.
Which rooms suit Titanium?
It thrives in contemporary settings: open living areas, powder rooms, media walls and commercial spaces. In traditional interiors it can feel out of place unless balanced with warm wood and soft textiles. Bring photos of your space and we can talk through the fit.
Will a dark, reflective floor show marks?
Polished dark surfaces do show dust and footprints more readily, which is why we suggest the Natural finish for floors and saving Polished for walls. Porcelain itself does not stain or hold dirt, so upkeep is sweeping and an occasional damp mop.
What thickness should a wall installation use?
Walls take the lighter panels toward 6 mm, which reduces weight and makes handling safer on vertical surfaces. Floors and counters need the heavier end of the range. Your installer will also want a flat, properly prepared substrate, which matters more as panel size grows.
