A mid-tone silver grey with soft stone movement, Silver LF sits in that useful zone between light and dark: brighter than charcoal, warmer than raw concrete. The non-repeating face keeps large installations looking like natural material, and the two formats, 120x60 and 120x120 cm, let you match the scale of the tile to the scale of the room.
Porcelain construction means near-zero water absorption, no sealing, and easy cleaning, so the same tile can move from living room to bathroom without changing products. Grey remains the default neutral in Metro Vancouver renovations, and Silver LF gives that palette a large format upgrade, cutting grout maintenance while keeping the familiar tone. Thickness runs from 0.6cm to 1.2cm.

It reads as a balanced silver that leans neither strongly warm nor cool, which is why it cooperates with most palettes. Light changes it noticeably through the day, so check a sample at home in morning and evening light before deciding.
Which size should I choose?
120x120 cm delivers the fewest grout lines and suits open floors and big walls. 120x60 cm is easier to transport, handle and cut, and its stacked or offset layouts work nicely in bathrooms and hallways. Many projects mix both formats.
Can polished Silver LF go on a bathroom floor?
We steer polished tile away from wet floors because the surface gets slippery when soaked. Use the natural finish underfoot in bathrooms and laundry areas, and save polished for the walls where it can reflect light safely.
Do I need special maintenance for the grout?
The tile itself needs nothing beyond routine cleaning, and large format means far less grout than standard tile. Ask your installer about stain-resistant grout types so the joints stay close to their original colour with ordinary mopping.
