Polished or natural for black tile?
Polished black is mirror-like and dramatic but shows water spots, dust and fingerprints readily, so save it for low-touch walls. Natural black is calmer and far more forgiving, and it is the only finish we recommend underfoot, especially anywhere water lands.
Does black tile fade or grey out over time?
No. The colour is fired into a porcelain body with near-zero absorption, so light from windows, cleaning chemicals and foot traffic will not bleach it. That permanence is a real advantage over black-painted or stained surfaces that need refreshing.
How much maintenance does a black floor need?
The same cleaning as any porcelain, just on a slightly quicker rhythm because pale dust shows against the dark field. A dry microfibre pass between washes keeps it crisp. No sealing or polishing products are ever required.
What formats does Black LF come in?
Two formats, 120x60 cm and 120x120 cm, in thicknesses from 0.6cm to 1.2cm. The square format makes the most unbroken plane on walls, while the rectangle is easier to manage for backsplashes, stair risers and smaller rooms.
