Tassero
Warm natural stone porcelain tile.

Tassero
Tassero features warm natural stone tones in a practical porcelain format. The organic texture and neutral beige palette create inviting, timeless surfaces for residential and commercial projects.
Tassero reads as sun-warmed natural stone: organic texture, gentle tonal shifts and a palette of Beige, Grey and Brown. The matte finish and non-repeating faces keep it grounded and believable, and the two formats, 24x24 and 24x48, cover everything from a compact bathroom to a full main floor without changing character.
It is glazed porcelain at 8mm, so the warmth comes without the porosity or sealing routine of quarried stone, and it stands up to indoor floors and walls alike. For Metro Vancouver projects it suits family kitchens, entries and living areas that want an earthy, relaxed base rather than a cool grey one.

Applications
Where Tassero Works
Kitchen and dining floors
Beige or Brown underfoot warms the busiest rooms in the house, and the matte glazed surface takes spills, chairs and traffic without showing its age quickly.
Entryways and front halls
The forgiving earthy tones and matte texture handle wet shoes and tracked-in grit gracefully, keeping the entrance presentable between cleanings even through a rainy winter.
Tub and shower surrounds
Carry the same warm stone from the bathroom floor up the surround for a cohesive, natural-feeling room; the matte finish is appropriate for wet areas.
Fireplace surrounds and hearths
Warm stone looks belong around fire. Tassero clads a fireplace wall or hearth area with the right character, and porcelain handles the location without complaint.
Design Notes
Pairing & Layout Ideas
Earth tones ask for texture around them: wool rugs, leather, ceramics, plants and wood in mid to dark stains. Cream or warm white walls keep Tassero's palette glowing rather than muddy, and black-framed windows or fixtures sharpen it. Grout should sit close to the tile tone. Within the same range, Pleasure deepens this direction with richer browns, while Zanzibar offers a similar warmth with more expressive movement.
FAQ
Tassero Questions
How does Tassero differ from Pleasure and Zanzibar?
All three are warm stone looks in the same European porcelain range, but Tassero is the middle path: lighter than Pleasure's rich browns and more even than Zanzibar's lively movement. Seeing the three side by side makes the differences obvious in about thirty seconds.
Is it slippery when wet?
The matte finish provides noticeably more traction than any polished tile, which is why we recommend matte surfaces like this for kitchens, entries and bathroom floors. For shower pans, a small-format mosaic remains standard practice regardless of collection, because grout lines add grip and drainage slope.
Will it work with underfloor heating?
Yes. Porcelain conducts and holds warmth well, which makes it a common companion to electric or hydronic in-floor systems. A warm-toned tile over a heated floor is one of the more comfortable combinations you can put in a bathroom or kitchen.
What sizes and colours can I order?
Tassero comes in 24 x 24 and 24 x 48 inches, matte finish, in Beige, Grey and Brown. All three colours share the same organic, non-repeating faces, so mixing sizes in one installation or colours across adjoining rooms stays coherent.
