Most porcelain chases white marble; Aquamarine heads for deeper water. This Polish made glazed porcelain pairs a dramatic Black colourway with a lighter Pearl, both carrying oceanic movement under a polished finish that gives the surface glass-like depth. Faces are non-repeating, and the 24x24 and 24x48 formats give the flowing pattern space to unfold.
At 8mm, Aquamarine is a glazed porcelain rated for indoor floors and walls, with the material's usual advantages: nothing soaks in, nothing needs sealing, and the polished surface wipes clean easily. Because polish is slippery when wet, it is happiest on walls, feature surfaces and dry-area floors in Metro Vancouver homes, restaurants and lobbies that want depth and drama.

Statement feature walls
Black behind a fireplace, bar or headboard delivers the presence of exotic stone. The polished finish catches and reflects light, so the wall shifts as you move through the room.
Powder room walls
Small rooms can carry bold moves. Wrapping a powder room in Pearl or Black turns a utilitarian space into a jewel box, and the polished surface amplifies limited light.
Dry area floors
In dining rooms, lobbies and living spaces away from water, the polished 24x48 format makes a reflective, formal floor. For bathroom floors, we steer polished tile to the walls instead.

Can I use polished Aquamarine on my bathroom floor?
We recommend keeping polished tile off floors that get wet, since the surface offers less traction than matte porcelain. On bathroom walls, tub surrounds and vanity backsplashes it is excellent, and you can pair it with a matte floor tile in a coordinating tone.
Where is Aquamarine made?
The collection is produced in Poland as a glazed porcelain. European porcelain of this type is fired to very low absorption, which is why it needs no sealing and handles humid rooms without trouble. It arrives in 24x24 and 24x48 formats at 8mm thickness.
Is the Black colourway hard to keep clean?
Polished dark surfaces show dust and water spots sooner than matte light ones, so plan on more frequent wipe-downs in busy areas. The upside is that cleaning is effortless: the glazed surface releases marks with a damp microfibre cloth and a neutral cleaner.
How different are Black and Pearl in person?
Considerably. Black is deep and dramatic with lighter movement running through it, while Pearl is much softer and brighter. Photographs flatten the polished depth, so viewing full pieces at our Richmond showroom is worth the trip before committing either way.
