Silver is the lightest and suits rooms short on daylight. Grey is the truest concrete tone and the safe middle path. Ash carries a warm undertone that works when your furniture and millwork lean toward wood and cream rather than black and white.
Is this tile cold like real concrete?
Porcelain does feel cool to the touch, like any tile, but it is an excellent partner for in-floor radiant heat, which many Metro Vancouver homeowners add during renovations. Unlike actual concrete floors, there is no risk of surface cracking as a slab cures or settles.
Will the concrete pattern look repetitive on a big floor?
No. The faces are non-repeating, meaning tiles carry different variations of the mottled pattern. Across a large open floor the surface reads as continuously troweled concrete. Your installer can also shuffle tiles from several boxes to spread the variation evenly.
Can I use Concrete on a kitchen backsplash?
