Carrara
White marble look porcelain tile and Mosaic.

Carrara
Carrara White is a classic marble look porcelain tile collection that brings the crisp elegance of white marble into everyday spaces without the maintenance concerns of natural stone. The design features recognizable grey marbling that adds movement and depth while keeping the palette clean and versatile.
Grey marbling scattered over a crisp white body makes Carrara instantly familiar; it is the pattern most people picture when they hear the word marble. This porcelain version prints it across eight non-repeating faces in three field sizes, and matching mosaics in 1x1 and 2x2 inch chips on 12x12 sheets extend the same look onto shower floors and other tight spots.
The advantage over quarried Carrara is everything below the surface. Porcelain does not etch when lemon juice or vinegar hits it, never needs sealing, and asks far less of you over its life. For Metro Vancouver bathrooms and kitchens, it delivers the classic look with the practicality a busy household or rental property actually requires.

Applications
Where Carrara Works
Complete shower systems
Field tile on the walls and matching 2x2 mosaic on the shower floor, sloped and grippy, all in one continuous pattern from ceiling to drain.
Classic bathroom floors
The 12x24 size in matte is a time-tested bathroom floor choice. It suits smaller room geometry with fewer awkward cuts and keeps reasonable traction underfoot.
Kitchens and butler pantries
The Carrara pattern on floors or backsplashes delivers the marble kitchen look without any worry about wine, citrus or oil, since porcelain simply does not absorb them.
Heated basement floors
Porcelain performs well over radiant heat and on below-grade concrete where wood flooring struggles with moisture, making Carrara a bright, durable choice for finished basements.
Design Notes
Pairing & Layout Ideas
Carrara is the definition of flexible: it reads traditional with shaker cabinets and marble-topped vanities, and contemporary with slab-front millwork and black fixtures. Use the mosaics to add texture in niches and shower floors rather than introducing a second material. Warm whites keep it soft; cool whites sharpen it. If you want more sweep in the veining, compare it against Statuario Noor; for more warmth, Calcatta Oro.
FAQ
Carrara Questions
What mosaic options come with Carrara?
Two: 1x1 inch and 2x2 inch chips, both supplied on 12x12 inch sheets in the same colouring as the field tile. They are the standard answer for shower floors, where the extra grout lines add grip, and they work in niches and as borders too.
Is this the same as real Carrara marble?
It is a porcelain tile printed with the Carrara pattern, not quarried stone. Visually it is very close, especially across eight varied faces, but it behaves far better: no sealing, no etching from acidic spills, and consistent colour from box to box.
Which size should I use where?
A common recipe: 24x48 for open floors and feature walls, 12x24 for bathroom floors and shower walls, 24x24 where a grid suits the room, and mosaic on the shower floor. Mixing sizes of the same collection keeps the whole house cohesive.
